Common questions
Can you carry surfboards?
Yes, at no extra charge. Tell us in the booking form or on WhatsApp how many boards you have, so that we send a car with enough space. A minibus is usually the better choice for several boards.
Which car will I get?
A comfortable MPV, or a minibus for larger groups. The exact model depends on availability, and we confirm your vehicle and driver on WhatsApp before pickup.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Fill in the form on this page. We confirm your booking on WhatsApp.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number. We track the schedule and your driver adjusts the waiting time.
Is the price per person?
No. Prices are per car: an MPV for up to 3 passengers with luggage, and a minibus for 4–10 passengers or when you have lots of suitcases. For groups of more than 10, we arrange two cars and confirm the price on WhatsApp.
Do I need to pay anything to book?
No. You do not pay a deposit and you do not need a credit card. You pay when you arrive at your destination, by cash or bank transfer.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival. Just message us on WhatsApp with your booking details.
Are there any extra charges?
No. The price you see is per car and covers the driver and fuel. If your route, number of passengers or luggage changes, we tell you the new price before your pickup.
Can I book a ride back to the airport?
Yes. Choose “Return” in the booking form and add your return date and time, or message us on WhatsApp for other pickup places.
How long is the drive from Lombok Airport to Kuta?
About 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Other routes take longer: Senggigi about 1.5 hours and Bangsal Harbour for the Gili islands about 2 hours. See the route pages above for each destination.
Where do I meet my driver at Lombok International Airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals area with a sign carrying your name. We send you the driver’s name and contact details on WhatsApp before your pickup.
Can you take me to the Gili islands?
We take you to Bangsal Harbour, where boats leave for Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air. Tell us your boat time when you book, and we plan the pickup around it.
Do you pick up for early morning or late night flights?
Yes. Give us your flight number and arrival time, and we arrange the pickup. We track your flight, so a delay does not leave you without a ride.
